As a user of Matchoria, you agree to use the app in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for your conduct while using the app and must not engage in any activity that is harmful, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.
Matchoria offers in-app purchases and subscriptions processed through Apple In-App Purchases and RevenueCat. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing policies applicable to your purchase. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the Apple App Store. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
All content, features, and functionality available through Matchoria, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Layrup and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Matchoria at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Layrup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use Matchoria.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Matchoria shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be in Bursa, Turkiye.
These Terms and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of Matchoria after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
